This cool, icy makeup look is perfect for the winter months if you are looking for a pop of color, and I even think that it flatters pale skin, like my own. This definitely isn't an everyday look, but it's a fun look for nighttime, parties, or if you are just in that kind of mood. Products Used: Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk, Sleek iDivine in Shagri-la PPQ Supreme, Nyx Nude Matte Shadow in Craving, Stila Smudgestick in Silver Dollar, Rimmel Scandaleyes Liner in Black, Wet N Wild Mega Volume Mascara & Maybelline The Rocket Mascara. (Elf Wet Gloss Brow & Lash Mascara and Avon Brow Liner in Blonde on my brows) I used a white shadow base for this look to make the blues really pop. I just messily applied it on my lid and gently blended it out with my finger. Next, I used three different colors on my lids; a shimmery white, light grey and cornflower blue. I used the white in the inner half and the blue in the outer half and used the grey to make the two colors blend together in the center of my lids. I started off the crease color with a transition shade, in this case I used a light grey shadow on a fluffy brush all over my crease. For the actual color of my crease, I used a smaller brush and a dark blue shadow and brought it all the way into the inner corner. I blended it a little bit, but kept it a bit more as a cut crease, but you can blend it out all the way if you wish. Next is the bottom lashline. I took the same shimmery white shadow into the inner corners of my eyes just a little bit, making sure the highlight is not too intense. I also dragged the dark blue shadow (that is in my crease) under my eyes, about one third of the way in. I filled in the rest of my lashline with a shimmery light silver liner. To finish off my look, I lined the outer two thirds of my waterline with a black liner. I also curled my lashes and applied a couple coats of the Wet N Wild mascara on the top lashes, followed by a coat of the Maybelline mascara. I also used one coat of the Wet N Wild mascara on my bottom lashes. XOX ♥
