Price: $45 * Buy At: Ulta * Size: 12 x 1.5 g The Tarte Tartelette in Bloom Palette comes with twelve neutral shades, a majority of mattes and a couple shades with some shimmer. The Tartelette in Bloom Palette comes in a small and durable package, making it a great choice for travel. Many people have had issues with Tarte shadows in the past, including the original Tartelette Palette, but I have always been a fan of the shadow formulation. The texture of the shadows is very soft and creamy, somewhat similar to the Lorac Pro shadows. Due to the softness, it does have a bit of powder kick up, but that has never bothered me. I love the color selection of the palette; it has a great variety of warm and cool shades, as well as plenty of mattes to use in the crease. It is a great palette for everyday eye makeup, but can also incorporated into darker, smokier looks. For me, none of the shades are duds, although I have heard of people having issues with the shade Funny Girl. All of the shades, the mattes in particular, are very easy to apply and blend out, and they have great pigmentation. XOX ♥
