St Ives Blackhead Clearing Green Tea Scrub - This scrub has an interesting texture--it feels like wet sand. It is pretty gritty, so I would probably not recommend it for sensitive skin, but since I have dry skin and clogged pores, I like a more intense scrub. I may repurchase in the future, but I like experimenting with new products all the time. Tony Moly Clear Skin Sheet Mask x2 - I have been trying to get into sheet masks, and since my skin has been breaking out quite a bit lately, I tried this one in an attempt to clear up my skin. Results with this mask are immediate; I found that my skin looked less red and my breakouts didn’t clear up, but they did calm down. I’m thinking of buying these to use once a week, to further help my skin. Tony Moly Skin Purifying and Pore Care Sheet Mask - I really liked these two masks as well (I have loved all my Tony Moly masks) but my skin seems to prefer the clear skin version. Love & Beauty Aloe Vera Sheet Mask for Dry Skin - After trying the Tony Moly masks, this one just really does not stand out. It was cheaper, but I really did not notice any skin benefits and the mask dried out before it was time to remove it. It’s Skin Carrot Clear Skin Sheet Mask - This was the slimiest feeling mask that I have used. Like all other sheet masks, this one is too big for my face. This one didn’t do anything that my Tony Moly ones don’t, so I’ll probably just stick to them. Simple Micellar Water - I love this stuff and it's a staple in my skincare regime. As the brand would suggest, the micellar water is simple. It doesn't have a fragrance, it doesn't irritate the skin and it really just feels like water. (It is not oily or greasy) I use this micellar water all the time to remove my makeup, so I have repurchased. Feria Smokey Blue Shimmering Color - I have been on the hunt for the best silver hair dye for my hair, and I found this shade on sale, so I picked up 2 boxes. I know that it is technically a pastel blue shade, but it looks similar to a silver. It didn’t hold onto the darker blonde pieces of my hair, but it did last longer than the Ion Titanium dye. (this was also in my last empties post, so I still had the same review) Rusk W8less Hairspray - I would've liked this hairspray if it hadn't have broken so soon. The sprayer got jammed and despite all my efforts, I couldn't get it fixed so it was thrown out. Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum - This is the product I use after washing my hair. I apply the serum to the ends of my hair and it gives back some moisture without weighing my hair down or making it look oily. Tangle Teezer - It finally came time to toss out this old friend. I’ve had it for years and it is my absolute favorite brush for my super tangle prone hair. I did repurchase before tossing this one out--I can’t be without my Tangle Teezer. Victoria's Secret Bombshell - I have been trying to use up my body mists, especially small ones like this. It wasn't particularly amazing and since I am trying to use them up, I doubt I would repurchase.
Nyx Matte Setting Spray - This has been my go-to setting spray for a while and I believe this is the third one I have used up and I have already repurchased. Maybelline Baby Skin Primer - I’m upset to put this in my empties--it was going to be a monthly favorite! However, my face really started breaking out and I finally realized that this was the only product that I had added recently, so I needed to toss it out. Nyx Control Freak Brow Gel - Apart from the large wand, I really like this brow gel. It holds the hairs in place all day without making them feel gross or creepy. I haven't opened up a new tube yet, but I have repurchased this product. Sephora Gel Serum Concealer - This concealer has a light coverage and feels nice on the skin. It’s easy to blend, and covers pores well, which is my main concern when it comes to concealer. I have some other products to use up first, but I am considering repurchasing it. Tarte Tarteist Mascara - This mascara came free with purchase at Ulta, but otherwise I wouldn’t have just bought the full size. It was alright, but nothing that was worth a high end price tag. Real Techniques Brow/Lash Comb - Brushes are not typically an empty, but this guy really needed to go. Multiple pieces of the metal comb had broken off and it was just time to get a new one. I repurchased the same one, but it now has a slightly different look. Inglot 77 Liner Gel - Another unfinished product that I had to toss. I don’t use gel liner very often, so I won’t repurchase, but it was still a nice product. Elf Lash Curler - After finding my Sephora lash curler that fits my round eyes perfectly, I had no need for this one. Rimmel Brow My Way Brow Gel - This brow gel was just alright. The wand was kind of big, especially for a colored gel and the color was a bit warm for my complexion. Nyx Blonde Eyebrow Gel - This is an unfortunate empty, since I had more than half of the tube left. The product got too thick to squeeze out. I could get it to squeeze out if I heated it up for a bit, but that’s a waste of time. I really liked this brow color, so I have repurchased. XOX ♥ Comments are closed.
