Price: $11.99 * Buy At: Superdrug * Size: 12 x 1.1 g / 0.03 oz The Sleek iDivine Eye Shadow Palette in Vintage Romance is a 12 pan palette of gold-tone neutrals, purple and red violet shadows. The iDivine palettes come in a plastic black package with the sleek logo on the lid. The palettes have a large mirror on the inside of the lid. The only way to know which palette is which is by reading the name on the back or opening it, I find that this can be annoying if you have a bunch of these (I have six of them). Vintage Romance's twelve shadows include Pretty in Paris, an iridescent white, Meet in Madrid, a shimmery light gold, Court in Cannes, a shimmery warm brown, Lust in LA, a shimmery cooler brown, Romance in Rome, a shimmery blue violet, Propose in Prague, a matte warm brown, A Vow in Venice, a medium muted red violet with a sheen, Marry in Monte Carlo, a shimmery red violet, Honeymoon in Hollywood, a darker matte red violet with glitter, Bliss in Barcelona, a cool toned shimmery medium purple, Forever in Florence, a dark red violet with a sheen and Love in London, a matte black with glitter. Pretty in Paris has a very buttery, soft texture and applies gorgeously to the skin. It has nice pigmentation and has a really pretty metallic finish. Meet in Madrid's formula is pretty much identical to Pretty in Paris, it's quite smooth and has good pigmentation. Court in Cannes has the same great formula, but even better pigmentation than the first two. The formula and pigmentation reminds me a lot of the L'Oreal Infallible Shadows. Lust in LA (surprise, surprise) has the same formula as the other three metallic shadows, and had the same pigmentation as Court in Cannes. Romance in Rome has a smooth texture, but isn't as buttery or pigmented as the other shades, but it can be built up nicely. Propose in Prague has a beautiful formula, which I love to see in an inexpensive matte shadow. It feels almost as buttery and smooth as the metallic shades and is quite pigmented. A Vow in Venice's formula is quite smooth and nice, it is a shimmery shadow, but it doesn't have the metallic finish that many of the other shadows have. Marry in Monte Carlo is a lighter, metallic version of A Vow in Venice and it has the wonderful formula that the other shades have. Honeymoon in Hollywood feels a bit dry, but it is intensely pigmented. However, it can be a little chalky, but it's still easy to work with. Bliss in Barcelona has a very similar formula to A Vow in Venice, it's soft and applies smoothly, but isn't metallic. Forever in Florence is slightly dry, not as much as Honeymoon in Hollywood, and has amazing pigmentation. Love in London is also like Honeymoon in Hollywood, it is a bit dry and chalky, but it does have great pigmentation. This palette really showed off how well Sleek does metallic shadows. They are so buttery and smooth and could really fit in well with high end shadows. I also really liked the matte crease color in this palette. The only thing for me that is missing in Vintage Romance is a matte highlight, but I have plenty of matte highlights in my collection to choose from. Lately, I have been loving red violet shadows and this palette gives a great selection of them in addition to lighter neutrals. XOX ♥
