This is one of my go-to everyday makeup looks and I just love the Smashbox Full Exposure Palette, so I really wanted to feature it in an eye look. You can find my review with photos and swatches of this palette HERE. How To | Picture TutorialAs always, I started off this eye look by priming my lids with the Elf Eyelid Primer. I used the matte peach shade (M3) from the Full Exposure Palette all over the crease for a transition shade. I also applied the peach under my eyes and blended out the shadow (on the top and bottom lid) with a large, fluffy blending brush. To add depth to my eyes, I took a somewhat concentrated crease brush with the matte medium brown (M2) all over my crease. I used a smaller crease brush with a little bit of the matte dark brown (M1) just in the outer corner of my eyes as well. I used both of the brown shadows under my eyes too. I applied the medium brown under my eyes with a pencil brush and applied the dark brown just on my lashline with a flat liner brush. Before applying shadow from the Smashbox Palette, I applied two cream bases. I used the Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in My Two Cents on the center and outer part of my lids and the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Branded on the inner part of my lids. From the palette, I used a light shimmery bronze (S3) on the middle of my lids and a darker shimmer bronze (S2) on the outer half of my lids. I applied a shimmery ivory (S4) over the Color Tattoo and on my inner corners. I wanted to keep this look a bit lighter, so I went easy on the liner. I applied a quite thin line of the Jordana Fabuliner in Brown on my top lid and set it with the cool toned matte brown shadow (M6). For the waterline, I used the Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter. On my top and bottom lashes I used one coat of the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara and once coat of the CK One mascara to finish off the look.
