How To | Step by StepAfter priming my eyes, I went in with a matte taupe shade in the crease to be a transition color. I used Frisk from the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Palette and a Nyx #16 Blending Brush. To start out the jewel tones, I used a cranberry shade from the Smashbox On The Rocks Palette (which unfortunately was limited edition). I lightly applied this with a Sigma E25 and then darkened up the outer corners with a dark brown shadow from the same palette and Zoeva pencil brush. Next, I added the shimmery green from the palette, keeping the jewel tones going. I applied this with a shader brush on the inner and outer portion of my lids, leaving the center bare. I really wanted the lashline to pop, so using the same Zoeva pencil brush, I packed on the same shimmery green all along my lashline. I blended the green out slightly with the same taupe shade that is in the crease. To continue the color, I used a dark teal eyeliner from Tarte in my waterline. Still using the same Smashbox palette, I highlighted my inner corners with a matte cream shade and a small shader brush. To lighted up the look a bit, I applied a shimmery cream shadow to the center portion of my lids, blending it into the green that was already there. To complete the look, I just used the Jordana Best Lash Extreme mascara and the Benefit Rollerball mascara on my top and bottom lashes.
