Price: $58 * Buy At: Ulta The IT Cosmetics Your Beautiful Basics Airbrush 101 5-Piece Brush Set comes with five brushes, three for the face and two for the eyes. All of the brushes come with a shiny chrome handle and are made of synthetic hairs. The synthetic hairs are extremely soft and feel great on the face. The Airbrush Powder Brush is a very soft, medium sized tapered brush. The Powder Brush is the softest brush in the collection. The size and shape reminds me a bit of the Real Techniques Blush Brush, but this one is much softer and a bit less tapered and less dense. The brush is big enough to apply powder all over the face, and it is small enough to apply blush, bronzer or even highlight. The density of the brush hairs prevent it from applying too much of a product and prevents product from looking cakey. The Airbrush Foundation Brush is a soft, medium dense flattened powder brush. It is similar in shape to the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, but like with the first brush, the IT Cosmetics version is much softer and also less dense. It takes a bit more time to blend out foundation with this brush than the Expert Face Brush, but it also gives a much more airbrushed finish. I find that it's quite difficult to get this brush to apply foundation cakey. Since this brush isn't too dense, it could also work for applying blush or contour. The Airbrush Concealer Brush is a soft, small flared out brush. The shape of the brush reminds me of a smaller version of the Sigma F05 Small Contour brush, but the size difference makes them much different brushes. It is a bit denser than the Foundation Brush, but still not too dense so that it gives the skin an airbrushed finish. The brush is soft and delicate enough to blend out concealer under the eyes as well as all over the face. The Airbrush Shadow Brush is a soft, fluffy flattened shadow brush. While they aren't quite the same shape, I like to use the Shadow Brush the same way I use the Sigma E25 Blending Brush. The brush works great for applying and blending out color in the crease. The Airbrush Crease Brush is a soft, dense dome brush. The brush is quite dense so it really packs on the color, but the soft bristles help to blend the shadow out and prevent it from looking harsh. I really like to use this brush to apply lighter transition colors. XOX ♥
