How To | Step by StepAs a base for this eye look, I used the Sephora Jumbo Liner in Black. The darker you make your lid color, the more the blue liner will stand out. I used a mixture of Noir and Espresso from the Smashbox Double Exposure Palette all over the lid, and buffed it out into the crease. To create room for the eyeliner, I first used some makeup remover to remove the dark shadow. I then lined my eyes with the Sephora Nano Liner in Pure White. On top of the white liner, I applied the bright blue from the Sleek Ultra Mattes V1 iDivine Palette using an angled liner brush. This took a bit of layering to get the intensity that I wanted. I used the same blue shadow on the lower lashline, although you could use the dark brown or just leave it bare. I popped a bit of white shadow in the inner corners to highlight. To complete the look, I simply applied mascara to my top and bottom lashes.
