This is one of my go-to everyday makeup looks and I just love the Smashbox Full Exposure Palette, so I really wanted to feature it in an eye look. You can find my review with photos and swatches of this palette HERE. How To | Picture TutorialAs always, I started off this eye look by priming my lids with the Elf Eyelid Primer. I used the matte peach shade (M3) from the Full Exposure Palette all over the crease for a transition shade. I also applied the peach under my eyes and blended out the shadow (on the top and bottom lid) with a large, fluffy blending brush. To add depth to my eyes, I took a somewhat concentrated crease brush with the matte medium brown (M2) all over my crease. I used a smaller crease brush with a little bit of the matte dark brown (M1) just in the outer corner of my eyes as well. I used both of the brown shadows under my eyes too. I applied the medium brown under my eyes with a pencil brush and applied the dark brown just on my lashline with a flat liner brush. Before applying shadow from the Smashbox Palette, I applied two cream bases. I used the Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in My Two Cents on the center and outer part of my lids and the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Branded on the inner part of my lids. From the palette, I used a light shimmery bronze (S3) on the middle of my lids and a darker shimmer bronze (S2) on the outer half of my lids. I applied a shimmery ivory (S4) over the Color Tattoo and on my inner corners. I wanted to keep this look a bit lighter, so I went easy on the liner. I applied a quite thin line of the Jordana Fabuliner in Brown on my top lid and set it with the cool toned matte brown shadow (M6). For the waterline, I used the Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter. On my top and bottom lashes I used one coat of the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara and once coat of the CK One mascara to finish off the look.

Price: $6.99 * Buy At: Ulta * Size: 6.5 g / 0.23 oz The Nyx Baked Blush in Chiffon is a a neutral brownish mauve with a sheen. It's quite a unique color and is hard to decide exactly what color it is. The Baked Blushes have a slightly dry feel, but they apply very smooth and evenly to the cheeks. Chiffon has good pigmentation and can look subtle when applied lightly, but can also be built up to work with darker skin tones. It has a warm mauve color that works as a blush, but it also has a bronze look that really warms up the skin. Plus, the sheen adds a glow to the cheeks and you could just use for a highlight. The color works with all kinds of eye looks and lip colors and is an alternative to a typical neutral pink blush for everyday. XOX ♥
Price: $16 * Buy At: MAC * Size: 0.1 oz / 3 g The MAC Lipstick in Twig is a darker muted pinky brown with a satin finish. Twig isn't quite matte and has a bit of a sheen, rather than a glossy look. Twig comes in the same black lipstick bullet package as the rest of the MAC line and has the classic MAC vanilla scent. Twig has a very smooth formula without being slippery. It doesn't quite glide onto the lips, but it does apply very evenly and opaque. It leaves the lips with a lightweight, slightly moisturizing feel. I really love the color of Twig and find it to be quite unique. I have plenty of darker neutral pink lipsticks, but Twig has more of a rosy tone than colors like Nyx Tea Rose. Twig would also be a good alternative to a plum or berry for a darker fall lip color. XOX ♥
Price: $2.49 * Buy At: Kmart * Size: 2.2 g / 0.08 oz The Jordana Blush Powder in Pink Beauty is a cool toned medium pink with a matte finish. The Jordana Blush Powders come in a plastic, round compact with a clear screw on lid. While this does make it take longer to take off and put on the lid, it does make sure that the compact won't open if it's in a bag. The blush has a very smooth, soft texture and is intensely pigmented, like the rest of the Jordana blush line. Pink Beauty does not need to be built up at all, and would show up well on darker skin tones. The blush also blends like a dream, there isn't anything about this blush that I would change! XOX ♥
Price: $5.99 * Buy At: Ulta * Size: The Nyx Collection Noir Powder Black Liner is a black powder eyeliner with the packaging of a liquid liner. This is a very unique product, and I have never seen anything like this on the market. It looks like and has the same applicator as a liquid liner, but it's a powder. The applicator is kind of like a sponge and it feels soft and applies very easily to the upper lash line without tugging or pulling on the lids. It is very pigmented and doesn't need to be built up to create an opaque line. However, the line isn't super black, which would be good for people that want a more soft and subtle line. Due to the nature of the product, it does have a bit of fallout, but I found that if you put your finger under your eye during application, the fallout shouldn't end up on the cheeks. The liner lasted on my top lid all day without fading or smudging (with an eye primer). XOX ♥
Price: $2.99 * Buy At: CVS * Size: 7.5 g / 0.26 oz The Wet n Wild Coverall Pressed Powder in Light is mattifying pressed powder that is a great match for NW20 skin. The Coverall Pressed Powder comes in a rectangular compact and comes with a sponge, which I don't use. The compact does not have a mirror, which could be a problem for some people, but it's not a huge deal to me. The powder has a smooth and fairly soft texture, which I like in a setting powder. This quality can lead to it being a bit powdery, though, leaving some fall out in the pan. It doesn't have much coverage since it's not a foundation, but it does have a little bit, giving it the ability to cover large pores. For comparison, it has more coverage than the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. The powder gives the skin a matte finish and works as both a setting powder and a touch up powder throughout the day. XOX ♥
Price: $7.99 * Buy At: Ulta The Real Techniques Setting Brush is a small tapered synthetic face brush mainly meant to set concealer under the eyes. The Setting Brush has a pink handle with a chrome-like shine and the brush's name is printed on the handle. The bristles are very soft and fluffy, making the brush feel very nice under the eyes. It's size also makes the brush perfect for the under eye area. It isn't too dense and it picks up just the right amount of product to set the under eyes without causing them to look cakey or have fallout. I haven't had the brush for too long, but so far none of the bristles have fallen out or splayed, like my other brushes from Real Techniques. XOX ♥
Price: $11.99 * Buy At: Superdrug * Size: 12 x 1.1 g / 0.03 oz The Sleek iDivine Eye Shadow Palette in Vintage Romance is a 12 pan palette of gold-tone neutrals, purple and red violet shadows. The iDivine palettes come in a plastic black package with the sleek logo on the lid. The palettes have a large mirror on the inside of the lid. The only way to know which palette is which is by reading the name on the back or opening it, I find that this can be annoying if you have a bunch of these (I have six of them). Vintage Romance's twelve shadows include Pretty in Paris, an iridescent white, Meet in Madrid, a shimmery light gold, Court in Cannes, a shimmery warm brown, Lust in LA, a shimmery cooler brown, Romance in Rome, a shimmery blue violet, Propose in Prague, a matte warm brown, A Vow in Venice, a medium muted red violet with a sheen, Marry in Monte Carlo, a shimmery red violet, Honeymoon in Hollywood, a darker matte red violet with glitter, Bliss in Barcelona, a cool toned shimmery medium purple, Forever in Florence, a dark red violet with a sheen and Love in London, a matte black with glitter. Pretty in Paris has a very buttery, soft texture and applies gorgeously to the skin. It has nice pigmentation and has a really pretty metallic finish. Meet in Madrid's formula is pretty much identical to Pretty in Paris, it's quite smooth and has good pigmentation. Court in Cannes has the same great formula, but even better pigmentation than the first two. The formula and pigmentation reminds me a lot of the L'Oreal Infallible Shadows. Lust in LA (surprise, surprise) has the same formula as the other three metallic shadows, and had the same pigmentation as Court in Cannes. Romance in Rome has a smooth texture, but isn't as buttery or pigmented as the other shades, but it can be built up nicely. Propose in Prague has a beautiful formula, which I love to see in an inexpensive matte shadow. It feels almost as buttery and smooth as the metallic shades and is quite pigmented. A Vow in Venice's formula is quite smooth and nice, it is a shimmery shadow, but it doesn't have the metallic finish that many of the other shadows have. Marry in Monte Carlo is a lighter, metallic version of A Vow in Venice and it has the wonderful formula that the other shades have. Honeymoon in Hollywood feels a bit dry, but it is intensely pigmented. However, it can be a little chalky, but it's still easy to work with. Bliss in Barcelona has a very similar formula to A Vow in Venice, it's soft and applies smoothly, but isn't metallic. Forever in Florence is slightly dry, not as much as Honeymoon in Hollywood, and has amazing pigmentation. Love in London is also like Honeymoon in Hollywood, it is a bit dry and chalky, but it does have great pigmentation. This palette really showed off how well Sleek does metallic shadows. They are so buttery and smooth and could really fit in well with high end shadows. I also really liked the matte crease color in this palette. The only thing for me that is missing in Vintage Romance is a matte highlight, but I have plenty of matte highlights in my collection to choose from. Lately, I have been loving red violet shadows and this palette gives a great selection of them in addition to lighter neutrals. XOX ♥
